Ordering Process
​
Immediately after placing your on line order, you will receive an email notification that we have received your order and request for payment. If you do not receive this within 1 business day, contact us immediately. We will quote your order number and include it with all communications regarding your order. Your order will be checked for product availability, delivery times, and any other items that might affect the production of your order. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been shipped.

Orders sent to us are considered final and approved. If you need to cancel an order you must do this in writing. You must check your emails regularly when doing business with us.
We shall not be held liable for any item or shipment that is lost or otherwise not delivered by the postal services. All products are shipped at the full risk of the purchaser.

Prices are subject to change according to the International currency rates and changes in cost prices without any further notice. Availability of the products is subject to change without any further notice. Order cancellations after the payment has been processed are not accepted

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
​
Incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund.

If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply. You can expect to receive your re-shipped packaged within four weeks of shipping your package back to us.

We estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 2 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 1 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your returned package refund

Delivery of Products
​
We will deliver the ordered goods to the address given by you at the time you have made your order.
We do our best deliver your goods within 24hrs , depending upon shipping method, but delays in delivery are sometimes outside of our control. Any dates that we give you for the delivery are true and in good faith. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges by the Postal Service, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering of the goods.

Our company guarantees that your order will leave the factory on the ship date specified. We cannot be responsible for goods lost or delayed by USPS international or US Customs departments or by “acts of God”.
